With Easter nearing, we've crafted a unique capsule collection showcasing knitted vests embellished with colorful pompons – iconic symbols of Ukrainian heritage. While our focus is on children's apparel, we're excited to introduce adult pieces for the first time, allowing mothers and children to create festive outfits together.
"Throughout history, Ukrainians have cherished the tradition of getting new clothes for Easter, signifying a fresh start," explains the founder of LESI PAK. "Preparing for the celebration involves washing and preparing our best clothes, creating a special mood for the holiday."
"In this collection, we want to showcase the strong connection between mother and child, along with the resilience of Ukrainian heritage and customs," continues the founder. "Being from Lviv, we're deeply influenced by Hutsul culture, famous for its vibrant colors. Our childhood memories inspired the design of pompons for both kids and adults, blending naturally with woolen shades."
Each vest is meticulously handcrafted by artisans in Lviv using natural Ukrainian wool. Additionally, we've expanded our permanent line of christening and festive dresses for babies.
"The bright atmosphere of Easter and the arrival of spring inspire us to select gentle and uplifting designs for ourselves and our children," Lesya Pak explains. "That's why our festive outfits feature warm undertones, enhancing the joyous mood of these special days."
